unanimously approved by the Court, that the sum of $864.75 out of the Kerr County Certificates
of Obligation, Series of 1976 Sinking Fund be invested in an Interest Bearing Certificate

On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Juvenile Probation
Fund be created as a separate account on the books of the County Treasurer and that all funds
received from the State of Texas Criminal Justice Grant be deposited in this fund.

NO. 12665 EMPLOYMENT OF HOWARD R. HOLLIMON AS KERB COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Howard R. Hollimon be employed
as Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer, effective April 12, 1976 and that his salary be
set at $8760.00 per annum, effective April 12, 1976 and payable out of the Kerr County
Juvenile Probation Fund.

tion Officer be allowed a secretarial allowance in the amount of $1200.00 per annum, effec-
tive April 12, 1976, payable out of the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund.

On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the employers' portion of F.I.C.A.
Tax for the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer and Secretary be paid each month out of
the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund and deposited in the Kerr County Social Security Fund.
