On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 74 thru 105, Volume O.

NO. 12669 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the ~ th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of S15,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissionera' Precincts:
Road	& Bridge	No.	1 --	----- S4,500.00
Road	& Bridge	80.	2 --	----- S3,000.00
Road	& Bridge	No.	3 --	----- S3,000.00

NO. 12670 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
aze hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salazy Fund.

NO. 12671 RENT ALLOWANCE FOR KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER APPROVED
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved a rent allowance in the amount of
575.00 per month, for the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer, payable to the Kellogg
Building, out of the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund.

NO. 12672 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 3,
1976, which included:
County School Trustee, Commissioner Precinct No. 1
Hunt independent School District Trustee
Divide Common School District No. 12, Trustee
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6, Page 42, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Baztel, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

NO. 12673 ORDER REDESIGNATIDTG NAME OF LEHlIANN ROAD IN WEST CREEK HILLS SECTION ONS AS
ROADRUNNER LANE
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the roadway designated on
the Plat of West Creek Hills Section One as Lehmann Road, be redesignated and named Road-
runner Lane, at the request of the Post Office Department and residents served by said road-
way, such action having been verbally approved by the developers of said subdivision, said
redesignation being intended to correct confusion resulting from an eazlier designation of
a zoadwav near the City of Kerrville as Lehmann Drive. and it is further ordered that a
