NO. 12669 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the ]2th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

NO. 12670 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and "'
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 12671 RENT ALLOWANCE FOR KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER APPROVED
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved a rent allowance in the amount of
S75.00 per month, for the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer, payable to the Kellogg
Building, out of the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund.

NO. 12672 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 3,
1976, which included:
County School Trustee, Commissioner Precinct No. 1
Hunt Independent School District Trustee
Divide Common School District No. 12, Trustee
wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6, Page 42, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner

Bartel, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

NO. 12673 ORDER REDESIGNATIDTG NAME OF LEHMANN ROAD IN WEST CREEK HILLS SECTION ONS AS
ROADRUNNER LANE
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the roadway designated on
the Plat of West Creek Hills Section One as Lehmann Road, be redesignated and named Road-
runner Lane, at the request of the Post Office Department and residents served by said road- ,,.,,
way, such action having been verbally approved by the developers of said subdivision, said
redesignation being intended to correct confusion resulting from an earlier designation of
a roadway near the City of Kerrville as Lehmann Drive, and it is further ordered that a

Oa this the 19th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Tax Assessor-Collector,
Doris Lee Smith, for postage, in the amount of S300.00 to mail balance of delinquent tax
statements, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 12676 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF EMMIE M. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
ANN WALLACE, AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 19th day of April 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Ann Wallace
as a Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be
approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Ann Wallace,
as a Deputy County Clerk and that she be paid on an hourly basis at S2.50 per hour, until
May 1st, 1976, at which date her salary will be set at S5760.00 per annum, payable out of
Officers Salary Fund.
