by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Block One of Riverhill

NO. 12675 CLAIM OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, DORIS LES SMITH, FOR POSTAGE
On this the 19th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Tax Assessor-Collector,
Doris Lee Smith, for postage, in the amount of S300.00 to mail balance of delinquent tax
statements, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 12676 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF EMMIE M. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
ANN WALLACE, AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 19th day of April 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Ann Wallace
as a Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be
approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Ann Wallace,
'- as a Deputy County Clerk and that she be paid on an hourly basis at S2.50 per hour, until
May 1st, 1976, at which date her salary will be set at S5760.00 per annum, payable out of
Officers Salary Fund.
