Doris Lee Smith, for postage, in the amount of 5300.00 to mail balance of delinquent tax
statements, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 12676 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF EMMIS M. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
ANN WALLACE, AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 19th day of April 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Ann Wallace
as a Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be
approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Ann Wallace,
as a Deputy County Clerk and that she be paid on an hourly basis at S2.50 per hour, until
May 1st, 1976, at which date her salary will be set at 55760.00 per annum, payable out of
Officers Salary Fund.

dicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for
repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated, except for that

NO. 12678 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 2 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 4th day of May 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 2 of the Construction Contract for the Annex to
the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment having been
examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court
that payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $24,180.30.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved the Monthly Estimate No. 2 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk
and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of S24,180.30, payable
to Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.
