On this the 10th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 106 thru 114, Volume O,

NO. 12692 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 10th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road & Bridge
Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
Road	& Bridge	No.	1 --	----- $4,500.00
Road	& Bridge	No.	2 --	----- $3,000.00
Road	& Bridge	No.	3 --	----- $3,000.00
Road	& Bridge	No.	4 --	----- $4,500.00

NO, 12693 RESIGNATION OF ROBERT J. BOCOCK, AS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. 4
On this the 10th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Robert J. Bocock,
as Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 4, be accepted by the Count effective as of May
31, 1976.

NO, 12694 ORDER APPOINTING JOHN P. HILL AS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. 4
On this the 10th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that John P. Hill be appointed to fill
the vacancy of the office of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 4, which was created by
the resignation of Robert J. Bocock, effective June 1, 1976 and that he be appointed to serve
until the next General Election and until his successor qualifies.

COURT RECONVENED at 2:00 o'clock P. M., May 10, 1976, Central Daylight time, for
'- the purpose of opening bids for the replacement of the boiler in the Courthouse. Three sealed
bids were opened and tabulated and the bid of Gillette Air Conditioning Company of San Antonio
was deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
NO. 12695 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF GILLETTE AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY OF SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS,
FOR REPLACEMENT OF BOILER IN COURTHOUSE
On this the 10th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of Gillette Air Conditioning
Company of San Antonio, Texas, for replacement of the boiler in the Courthouse, be accepted
as the lowest and best bid, in the amount of $9,370.76, and that the County Judge be authoriz-
ed to execute a contract on behalf of Kerr County.
