HILL AS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. 4 On this the 10th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that John P. Hill be appointed to fill the vacancy of the office of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 4, which was created by the resignation of Robert J. Bocock, effective June 1, 1976 and that he be appointed to serve until the next General Election and until his successor qualifies. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT RECONVENED at 2:00 o'clock P. M., May 10, 1976, Central Daylight time, for the purpose of opening bids for the replacement oŁ the boiler in the Courthouse. Three sealed bids were opened and tabulated and the bid of Gillette Air Conditioning Company of San Antonio was deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
