~~ NO. 12696 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 11th day of May 1976, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said County,
for the period beinning on the 1st day of February 1976 and ending on the 30th day of April
1976, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12697 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of May 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1976 and end-
ing April 30, 1976, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

NO. 12698 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO ALAMO AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR RADIO EQUIPMENT
On this the 17th day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of 5353.50, payable to Alamo Area
Council of Governments for radio equipment purchased for Kerr County, as follows:
2 150 MGz portable units with installation 51,400.00
2 Chargers 54.00
Total Cost: $1,454.00 Grant Funded: $1,090.50 Local Share 363.50
