On this the 21st day of May 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Dale M. Brown
as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective May 19th, 1976.

NO. 12700 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF E. A. SCHREIBER, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF SHANNON
LEE JONES, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 26th day of May 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the application
of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Shannon Lee Jones as Deputy
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that said application should be
granted, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel,
the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Shannon Lee Jones,
as Deputy Sheriff and that his salary be fixed at 59,000.00 per annum, effective the date of
his qualification, the same being May 26, 1976, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

On this the 1st day of June 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Bond of John P. Hill as Justice
of the Peace of Precinct No. 4.

NO. 12702 SALARY OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. 4, JOHN P. HILL
On this the 1st day of June 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of John P. Hill,
Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 4 be fixed at $3600.00 per annum, effective the date

of his qualification, the same being the 1st day of June 1976, payable out of Officers Salary
Fund

NO. 12703 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 3 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO CONSTRUCTION,
INC.
On this the 1st day of June 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 3 of the Construction Contract for the Annex to
the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment having been
examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, FA IA and recommended to the Court that
payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $63,965.70. Therefore, on motion
made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved
the Monthly Estimate No. 3 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $63,965.70, payable to Waco Construction, Inc.,
out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.

by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Deer Hill Addition Unit 2
to the Town of Ingram.

NO. 12705 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF COUNTY CLERK FOR POSTAGE
On this the 4th day of June 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded

Muenker, for postage, in the amount of S25.00, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.
