NO. 12712 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR
KERB COUNTY AND CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 14th day of June, 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposed Emergency Medical Services Communications System as planned and designed through
the Alamo Area Council oŁ Governments; and it appearing to the Court that the said equipment
would be funded under a grant from the Department of Health, Education and Welfare at no
local costs other than certain site and communications lines rental and installation costs;
and it further appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville has heretofore agreed to
accept the said system, provided that Kerr County share equally in local maintenance costs
as projected and outlined in a memorandum from the Alamo Area Council of Governments dated
June 1, 1976 and as filed herewith, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby concurs
with the prior action of the City of Kerrville, Texas in the acceptance of the said proposed
Communications System on the basis as outlined in said memorandum from the Alamo Area Council
of Governments dated June 1, 1976.
