M. ~ Lateral Road Fund 90 days from 6/17/76 $110,000.00 and that these funds should be invested as soon as current certificates of deposits mature and the proceeds thereof are deposited to the credit of Kerr County, pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the sum of $215,000.00 out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1, $101,000.00 out of Kerr County Courthouse Renovation Fund, $5,849.66 out of Special Reserve Fund and $110,000.00 out of F. M. & Lateral Road Fund, be invested in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall be for the length of time as shown above. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore- said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12712 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR KERB COUNTY AND CITY OF KERRVILLE On this the 14th day of June, 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposed Emergency Medical Services Communications System as planned and designed through the Alamo Area Council of Governments; and it appearing to the Court that the said equipment would be funded under a grant from the Department of Health, Education and Welfare at no local costs other than certain site and communications lines rental and installation costs; and it further appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville has heretofore agreed to accept the said system, provided that Kerr County share equally in local maintenance costs as projected and outlined in a memorandum from the Alamo Area Council of Governments dated June 1, 1976 and as filed herewith, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby concurs with the prior action of the City of Kerrville, Texas in the acceptance of the said proposed Communications System on the basis as outlined in said memorandum from the Alamo Area Council of Governments dated June 1, 1976. E.
