NO. 12717 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, FOR APPOINTMENT
OF BONNIE MARIE ABLES AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 14th day oŁ June 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the application
of Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint
and deputize Bonnie Marie Ables as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas and
it appearing to the Court that said application should be granted, therefore, upon motion
made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Bonnie Marie Ables as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector
of Kerr County, Texas and that her salary be fixed at $5,760.00 per annum, effective the date
of her qualification, the same being June 15, 1976, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
