COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION JULY 2nd, 1976 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., with
the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12720 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 4 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 2nd day of July 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 4 of the Construction Contract for the Annex to
the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment having been
examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court
that payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $57,876.30.
'- Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
the Court unanimously approved the Monthly Estimate No. 4 of the Construction Contract and
the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $57,876.30,
payable to Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.

NO. 12721 APPROVAL OF RESUBDIVISION PLAT OF LOTS 4 and 5, BLOCK 6 OF HIGHLANDS ADDITION TO
CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 2nd day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Resubdivision Plat of Lots 4 and
5, Block 6 of Highlands Addition to the City of Kerrville.

NO. 12722 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 18, 19, 20, 21 and PART OF LOT 17, Block 1 and LOT
5, BLOCK 3, MEADOW VIEW ESTATES
On this the 2nd day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Lots 18, 19, 20, 21 and
Part of Lot 17, Block 1 and Lot 5, Block 3, Meadow View Estates.

NO. 12723 CLAIM OF J. R. CASON FOR REBUILDING FENCE ON HIGHWAY 16 RIGHT-OF-WAY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the claim of J. R. Cason in the amount
of $1200.000 for rebuilding Siggerstaff fence - 800 feet of fencing ~~ $1.50 per foot and
that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $1200.00, pay-
able to J. R. Cason out of the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund.
