N0, 12726 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 12th day of July 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
- Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1976, and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,059.77.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2789.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court un-
animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 12th day of July 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the aemi-annual
report oŁ all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
_, Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her
hands for the period from January 1, 1976 and ending June 30, 1976 and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,059.77.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion
made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by
the Court.

On this the 12th day of July 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the appointment
of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen precincts
of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 57 thru 63, Volume 2,
Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO, 12729 REVISION OF FIELD AGREEMENT- BUREAU OF SPORT FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE COOPERATING
WITH TEXAS AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE - TEXAS ANIMAL CONTROL ASSOCIATION, INC,
AND KERB COUNTY, COOPERATOR
On this the 12th day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm and Bartel and County Judge Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and Commissioners Sallee and Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, that the revision of Field Agreement - Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife
cooperating with TEXAS AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE - TEXAS ANIMAL DAMAGE CONTROL ASSOCLA-
TION, INC, and KERB COUNTY, Cooperator, be approved, effective September 1, 1976 Kerr County
to pay $425.00 per month for predatory animal control,

N0, 12730 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF THE COURTHOUSE AND JAIL
CONSTRUCTION FUND NO, 1
On this the 12th day of July 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the Courthouse and Jail Con-
struction Fund No. 1 and that the sum of $65,000,00 should be invested out of said fund.

It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the sum of $65,000.00 out of the Courthouse and Jail
Construction Fund No. 1, be invested in an Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit with the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, to mature November 1, 1976.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
proper voucher on the fund aforementioned and in the amount above set forth to effect the
aforesaid investment with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

On this the 12th day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by

Reporter of the 198th Judicial District of Kerr County, Texas, be fixed at $5,081.76,
effective September 1, 1976.

On this the 12th day oŁ July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded

Reporter of the 216th Judicial District of Kerr County, Texas, be fixed at $4,405.21,
effective September 1, 1976.

On this the 12th day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the acceptance of delivery of one
1976 International two ton, Cab and Chassis for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 4, and
that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $6085.33,
payable to H & S International Sales (54855.00 out of Road & Bridge Prec. #4 Fund and
$1230.33 out of General Fund).

On this the 12th day of July 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of two
1976 Chevrolet sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, as per specifications
on file and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a proper voucher on the General
Fund in the amount of $9368.00, payable to Tom Benson Company for the two 1976 cars.
