and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12743 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 5 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 4th day of August 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 5 of the Construction Contract for the Annex to
the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said recniest for payment having been
examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E, and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court
that payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of 550,882.40.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone,
the Court unanimously approved the Dlonthly Estimate No. 5 of the Construction Contract and the
Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $50,882.40,
payable to Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 2.

NO. 12744 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO LESTER B. WHITTON, P. E. AND A. B. S61ANK, F.A.I.A. FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
On this the 4th day of August 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the payment to Lester B. S4hitton, P.
F,. and A. B. Swank, F,A.I.A. for professional services in the amount of $11,137.89 out of
the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 2, in regard to the Annex to the Kerr County
Courthouse, and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the above
amount, payable to Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. S. Swank, F.A.I.A. for professional
services, as per contract. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
