Improvement Fund, $20,000.00 out of Flood Control Maintenance Fund and $5,000.00 out of Social
Security Fund,
be invested in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas. Schreiner Bank,
which investments shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits
shall be for the length of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore-
said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

Budget for Kerr County, Texas, be set at 9:00 o'clock A. M., September 1st, 1976 and that the
County Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by ;publication, with notice thereof to be
published in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the
