On this the 9th day of August, 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Temple Heights
Subdivision Section Two, comprising 0.373 acre of land, out of the upper one-third of Walter
Fosgate Survey 120, Abstract No. 138, in Kerrville, Texas.

N0. 12756 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 from GENERAL KOAD AND BRIDGE FUND t
On this the 9th day of August 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that t:he County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of.` $15,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
Road & Bridge No. 1 ------- $4,500.00
Road & Bridge No. 2 ------- 53,000.00
Road & Bridge No, 3 ------- $3,000.00
Road ~ Bridge No. 4 ------- 54,500.00

NO. 12757 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 9th day of August 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Aartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 12759 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LITTLE CREEK ESTATES
On this the 9th day of August 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Preliminary Plat of Little Creek ""'
Estates, subject to the subdivider's agreement in writin!r„ to make no permanent improvements
on, or make any sales out of Block One of said proposed Plat for a period of four years from
this date, without prior release or approval of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 10th day of August 1976, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. 1:cDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1976 a:nd ending on the 31st day of
July 1976, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And. it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
