N0. 12759 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LITTLE CREEK ESTATES
On this the 9th day of August 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the F~reliminary Plat of Little Creek
Estates, subject to the subdivider's agreement in writing, to make no permanent improvements
on, or make any sales out of Block One of said proposed Plat for a period of four years from
this date, without prior release or approval of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas.
