NO. 12761 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIFTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 10th day of August 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1976 and ending
July 31, 1976, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real, for
use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, September 11, 1976, for a 4-H and F. F'. A. Club
Lamb Sale, at a charge at S60.00 per day, plus clean-up.
