On this the 1st day of September 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Kerr~~ille South
II, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance ~f roa~l~aays will not be assumed by
Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 12755 ORDER AUTHOR ILING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF COURTHOUSE & JAIL CONSTRUCTIC.N
FUND NO. 1
On this the 1st day of September 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the Courthouse and Jail Con-
struction Fund No. 1 and that these funds should be invested as soon as current Certificates
of Deposit mature and the proceeds thereof are deposited to t=he credit of Y.err County, pending
possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by t=he Court, that the sum of
5110,000.00 out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund. No. 1, be invested in an Interest
Bearing Certificate of Deposit, with the Chas. Schreiner Ban}:, which investment shall be
made as soon practicable and that such Certificate of Deposit: to mature December 13, 1976.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
proper voucher on the Courthouse & Jail Construction Fund No.. 1, in the amount of $110,000.00,
payable to Chas. Schreiner Bank, to effect the aforesaid investment.

the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the Jury Fund.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and
unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $10,000.00 out of the Jury Fund be invested
in an Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investment
shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificate of Deposit to mature January
10, 1977.
