r ~~ti. for valuations to be employed by the Tax Assessor of Kerr County, Texas, as well as clerical procedures to be employed in takinn renditions for 1977 ad valorem taxes; and it appearing to the Court that certain guidelines should be established to tu.rnish the basis for such valua- tions as well as clerical procedures to he employed, it is therefore ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is hereby instructed to list the full market value of all properties rendered for 1977 with the ratio of valuations to be employed to be determined subsequently; And it is further ordered that these properties for which exemption from ad valorem taxes are claimed pursuant to provisions of Article 7150, Revised Civil Statutes, or other applicable laws shall be separately listed by the owners thereof, together with the basis for claiming exemption from taxation, provided that this requirement shall not extend to the properties owned by the United States of America, the State of Texas or any of its political subdivisicns or to any school district.
