NO. 1
On this the 24th day of September 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Guy E. Coulthard be appointed
Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 1, to replace Nirs. Cora Belle Nunn, who is
unable to serve.

On this the 24th day of September 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Gwenita .:. Brantley be appoint-
ed Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 10, to replace Alfred Spaeth, who is
unable to serve.

On this the 4th day of October 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the
Contractor's request for payment of Dionthly Estimate No. 7 of the Construction Contract for
the Annex to *_he Ferr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment
having been examined by Lester B. 6ihitton, F. E. and F.. B. Swank, F.k.I.A. and recommended
