by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Guy E. Coulthard be appointed
Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 1, to replace Mrs. Cora Belle Nunn, who is
unable to serve.

Contractor's request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 7 of the Construction Contract for
the Annex to the Kerr County, Texas, Crn~rthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment
having been examined by Lester B, Whitton, P. %. and A. B. Swank, F.F.. I.A. and recommended
