Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persona, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the pazties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1976, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of S10,020.79. It appearing to the Court that said reports aze in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court ?l unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO, 12792 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF ESTIMATE NO. 2 ON BOILER REPLACEMENT CONTRACT On this the 11th day of October 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved payment of Estimate No. 2 on the Boiler Replacement Contract, in the amount of 53,154.00 to Gillette Air Conditioning Co., and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $3,154.00 out of the Court House Renovation Fund, payable to Gillette Air Conditioning Company. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO, 12793 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT DUE R. B. NOWLIN AND WIFE, HAZEL NOWLIN, FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM CONVEYANCE OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 480 PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN ORDER NO. 11,542 DATED MARCH 13, 1972 On this the 11th day of October, 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of discharging Kerr County's prlor contractual obligation to R. B, Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, as set forth in Order No. 11,542 dated March 13, 1972 and recorded in Volume N, !a page 294 of the minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that the consent of Roland ~` L. Walters, an abutting property owner, for the closing and abandoning as a public road of a section of the former right of way of F. M. Road 480 east of the Camp Verde Store has not been obtained by October 1, 1976; and it further appearing to the Court that the said Roland L. Walters has made payment to Kerr County of the consideration due Kerr County in the event he did not grant such consent prior to October 1, 1976 and as set forth in Order Nos. 11,481 and 11,543 as recorded in Volume N, pgs. 272 and 295 of the minutes of the Court and that said payment has been deposited in the F. M. and Lateral Road Account of Kerr County; it is order- ed on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay the sum of S6,000.00 to R. B. Nowlin and wife, Hazel Nowlin, for the purpose of fully and finally discharging Kerr County's prior contractual obligations as set forth in the said order nos. 11,431 and 11,542; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. and Lateral Road Fund in '"" the amount of 56,000.00 payable to R. B.
