SWANK, THE ARCHITECT, DATED NOVEMBER 16, 1973 On this the 18th day of October 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Baztel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved Amendment No. 2 to the Standard Form of Agreement between Kerr County, Texas, the Owner and Lester B. Whitton and A. B. Swank, the Architect, dated November 16, 1973, for professional services, in the event of approval of Grant Application Under Public Works Hmployment Act, for funds to complete the proposed Kerr County Detention Facility. S. A. SPICER, DECEASED, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 19th day of October, 1976, came on to be heazd and considered by the Court the matter of securing the conveyance of a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as right of way Parcel No. 32 from the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, and it appeazlnq~to the Conn that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Pazcel No. 32 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers~to pay the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, the sum of $10,500.00 as compensation for land and damages for the conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 4.768 aeres Yl ~~ out of Survey No. 405, J. T. Peacock, with payment being made to the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, upon final title approval and approval by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed executed pursuant to prior authorization of the Probate Court of Kerr County, Texas; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of S10,50O.00 payable to Robert H. Spicer, Successor Administrator of the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceas- ed, which voucher shall be delivered upon approval for final processing by the State Depazt- ment of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed as aforesaid and upon final title approval. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12803 OFFER TO THE ESTATE OF ROBERT L. Spicer, Deceased, and Patricia L. Spicer, individually and as surviving widow of Robert L. Spicer, Deceased, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 34 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis- sioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay the Estate of Robert L. Spicer and Patricia L. Spicer Peters the sum of 51,780.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texan a parcel of land comprising 0.731 acres out of Survey No. 1174, James Spicer, and Survey 406, Lyman M. Stewart, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of High- ways and Public Transportation of their properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way Eund in the amount of S1, 780.00 payable to Robert H.
