~. r `7 Public Transportation as right of way Parcel No. 34 from the Estate of Robert L. Spicer, Deceased, and Patricia L. Spicer, individually and as surviving widow of Robert L. Spicer, Deceased, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 34 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis- sioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay the Estate of Robert L. Spicer and Patricia L. Spicer Peters the sum of $1,780,00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.731 acres out of Survey No. 1174, James Spicer, and Survey 406, Lyman M. Stewart, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of High- ways and Public Transportation of their properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of S1,780.00 payable to Robert H. Spicer, Independent Executor of the ~tw Estate of Robert L. Spicer, Deceased, and to Patricia L.
