NO. 12806 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HARPER VILLAGE
On this the 1st day of November 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Baztel, the Court unanimausly approved the Plat of Hazper Village,
being a Subdivision of 5.988 acres, out of the N. W. 1/3 of Walter Fosgate Svy. No. 120.

NO. 12807 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 8 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 1st day of November 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the Con-
tractor's request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 8 of the Construction Contract for
the Annex to the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment
having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E, and A. 8. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended
to the Court that payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $53,556.97.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Baztel,

'~ the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to dxaw a voucher in the amount of $53,556.97,
payable to Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.

COURT CONVENSD IN SPECIAL SESSION NOVEMBER 5th, 1976 at 9:00 o'clock A. M.,
with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12808 GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 5th day of November 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 2, 1976.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, aze of the opinion that said returns, after
having been opened and canvassed, aze true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in volume 6, Pages
53 thru 61, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by
each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

NO. 12809 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE OF BU II.DINGS
ILQ HOLDING GENERAL ELECTION, NOVEMBER 2, 1976
On this the 5th day of November 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of the Election
officials as per claims on file at 52.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges S5.00 for bring-
ing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to various places for
the use of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the General Election on November 2,
1976.
