On this the 8th day of November 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed
bids for two 1977 Model two ton trucks, cabs & chassis for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 2
and Kerz County Precinct No. 4, as per specifications on file in the office of the County
Clerk.
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found
that the bid of Ken Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, be accepted as the lowest and best bids,
which are listed as follows:
Unit #1 - Bid price for one 1977 Fozd F-600 Chassis-cab, putting dump bed on unit,
installing new PTO, and trading in one 1968 Chev. C-50 Chassis-cab, #0553585155497,
in the amount of S7,125.00~ for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 2.
Unit #2 - Bid price for one 1977 Ford F-600 Chassis-cab, putting dump bed on unit,
installing new PTO and trading in one 1966 Chev. 0_60 Chassis-cab #061365154177, in
the amount of S7,225.00, for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 4.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12811 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of November 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Sri.dge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,
County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Courthouse Renovation Fund and General Road
& Bridge Fund and Kerr County Juvenile Probation Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed from page 1960 thru 1964 Voucher No. 47068 thru 47215 , which were made a
part hereof and of this order.

approved by the Court.

NO. 12813 ACCEPTANCE OF INSTALLATION OF COURTHOUSE BOILER AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT OF
CONTRACT TO GILLETTE AIR CONDITIONING CGMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,486.76
On this the 8th day of November 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for payment No. 3 of the Contract on the Courthouse Boiler. Said request for payment
having been examined by Lester B. Whitton and recommended to the Court that final payment be
made to the Gillette Air Conditioning Co. in the amount of $1,486.76.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
the Court unanimously approved payment No. 3 in the amount of $1,486.76 and that the Clerk
and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher, payable to Gillette Air Conditioning Co. out
of the Courthouse Renovation Fund in the above amount.

On this the 8th day of November 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer
be and are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridg¢
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

FOR PATRICIA DYE, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 8th day of November 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
lion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for approval of a salary adjustment for Patricia Dye,
Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be granted,
therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved the salary adjustment of Patricia Dye, Deputy County Clerk, in the
amount of $6570.00 per annum, effective as of November 1, 1976.
