NO. 12824 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of November 1976, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mzs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1976 and ending on the 31st day
of October 1976, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appeazing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, aze found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12825 ORDER APPROVING TAX CORRECTION CERTIFICATES NOS. 9501 thru 9508
On this the 9th day of November 1976, came on to be examined by the Court, Certificates
of Tax Correction, Certificates Nos. 9501 thru 9508, presented to the Court by Doris Lee
Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for appx•oval, and it appeazing to the
Court that the said Certificates be approved and signed by the County Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Baztel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.
