NO. 12835 DECEMBER PAYDAY SET FOR DECEMBER 22, 1976
On this the 13th day of December 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Baztel, the Court unanimously approved that the December payday be set for
December 22, 1976, for officials, employees and allowances.

~ NO. 12836 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
That the annual payment be made to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of
52500.00, payable out of the General Fund, and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount payable to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, toward
care of indigent patients.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court, this the 13th day of December 1976.

NO. 12837 RESIGNATION OF LINDA J. DECKER, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 13th day of December 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded '-
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Linda J.
Decker, Deputy County Clerk, of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, with regret,
effective December 31, 1976.

NO. 12838 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR., FOR SALARY
ADJUSTMENT FOR MYRA A. LENARD, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR AND SIMONA GARZA,
DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 13th day of December 1976, came on to be considered by the Court, the
application of Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for approval of a salazy adjustment
for Myra A. Lenazd, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and Simons Gazza, Deputy Tax Assessor-
Collector, and it appearing to the court that said application should be granted, therefore,
upon motion made by Commissioner Baztel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimous-
ly approved the salazy adjustment of said Deputies mentioned above, in the amount of $6,720.00
per annum, retroactive to December 1, 1976.

NO. 12839 RESIGNATION OF JAMES J. VOGEL, AS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. ONE
On this the 13th day of December 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously accepted the resignation of James J.
Vogel, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. One, with regret, effective December 31, 1976.

NO. 12840 ORDER APPOINTING BEVERLY HARRISON AS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. 2 OF
KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 13th day of December, 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioners Sallee, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commis-
stoner Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that ~~

Beverly Hazrison be appointed to fill the vacancy of the office of the Justice of the Peace
of Precinct No. 2, which was created by the death of Charles J. Rees and that said appoint-
ment be effective upon date of qualification and that she be appointed to serve until the
next General Election and until her successor qualifies; and it is further ordered that her
compensation be fixed at 53600.00 per annum, effective date of qualification.
