NO. 12852 ORDER DIRECTING ESTABLISHMENT OF 216TH DISTRICT PROBATION FUND ON BOOKS OF THE
COUNTY TREASURER OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 30th day of December, 1976 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of establishing on the books of the County Treasurer of Kerr County a separate fund
and bank account for the purpose of receiving and disbursing funds for the operation of the
adult probation service of the 216th Judicial District; and it appearing to the Court that
effective January 1, 1977 the Chief Probation Officer of the 216th Judicial District will be '~~
situated in Kerr County and that the operational costs for the operation of the Adult Probation
Service of the said Judicial District will be allocated to and defrayed by five counties of
said Judicial District and that one central fund for the purpose of receiving and disbursing
funds incidental thereto should be established to function in accordance with applicable
statutory laws of the State of Texas relative to County finances; it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court
that the County Treasurer of Kerr County be authorized and directed to establish on her books
a separate fund and separate bank account to be designated as the 216th District Probation
Fund effective January 1, 1977 for the purpose of receiving and disbursing funds relative to
the costs of conducting the operation of the said probation service, subject to further
directives and orders of the Judge of the 216th Judicial District and of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County.
