GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 5th day of November 1976, came on to be considered by
the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results
of the General Election held on November 2, 1976,
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the
Nineteen Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box,
are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened
and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved,
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner
Bartel
seconded by Commissioner Sallee the Court unanimous-
ly approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 6, Pages 53 thru 61 Record of Election Returns of
Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member
of the Court, are in all respects approved.
