ORDER NO. 12629
ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12, 588, OFFER TO KERRVILLE 16,
LTD. FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 8th day of March, 1976, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 12, 588 entered
on the 2nd day of February, 1976 and recorded in Vol. O, page 56 of
the minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that such order
originally directed the payment of the sum of $15, 600. 00 to Kerrville 16,
LT p., G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe, upon final title approval
and filing of a right of way deed from Kerrville, 16, LTD. and a partial
release of lien from G, E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe; and it further
,appearing to the Court ,that the authorized representative of Kerrville
i6, LTD. has by letter. dated March 4, 1976 authorized the payment of
Lhe consideration for the conveyance of the 0.376 acres of right of way
directly to the lienholders; and it further appearing to the Court that the
said G. E. Lahmann and Gordon H. Monroe have transferred the original
lien concerned to Energy-Land, Inc., a Texas Corporation, and that
they have requested payment be made to said Corporation, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner _SaZ'tel seconded by Commissioner
SChwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the said
Qrder No. 12, 588 entered on the 2nd day of February, 1976 be amended so
as to provide for the payment of the agreed consideration of $15,600.00
to Energy-Land, Inc.; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and
Treasurer be authorized to draw	a voucher on the Highway 16	right of way
fund in the amount of $15, 600. 00	payable	to Energy-Land, Inc,	upon final
approval for filing and recordatio	n by the	State Department of	Highways
and Fublic Transportation of the	right of	way deed and partial	release of
lien as aforesaid.
