ORDER NO. 12802 OFFER TO THE ESTATE OF J. S. A. SPICER, DECEASED, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 19th day of October, 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of securing the conveyance of a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as right of way Parcel No. 32 from the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 32 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone , seconded by Commissioner SChWethelnl and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, the sum of $10,500.00 as compensation for land and damages for the conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 4.768 acres out of Survey No. 405, J. T. Peacock, with payment being made to the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, upon final title approval and approval by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed executed pursuant to prior authorization of the Probate Court of Kerr County, Texas; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be .authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $10,500.00 payable to Robert H. Spicer, Successor Administrator of the Estate of J. S. A. Spicer, Deceased, which voucher shall be delivered upon approval for final processing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed as aforesaid and upon final title approval.
