90-10 right of way project on };err•,ille Loop from F.M. 689 Southeast of }:errville
to Leslie Drive Intersection at 1.?{. 10 (Excluding that portion within the City
of Kerrville) in Kerr County, Texas; and
IT IS FUP.THER ordered that tha County Judge be authorized and he is hereby
authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this
project.
Kerr County acct e~ the offer ;nade by the State to waive the requirements that
the County submit property valuations to the State and the State make tF.e
determination of values at State e>:pense, as provided for is Paragraph 2 under
