MOTION xae made by Commissioner Sallee and seconded by Commissioner
Lich that the Kerr County Commissioners' Court
accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 72660 passed by the
State Highway Commies ion on May 2 , 19~ , for the improvement
by the Texas Highway Department of the roads described below and that Kerr
County agrees to furnish ell required right-of-way free of coat to the Btate:
Extending from Farm to Market Road 689, Southeast of
Kerrville, North to Interstate Highway 10, a distance
of approximately 4.7 miles.

Ia KERR COUtT1R a LOOP is hereby designated extending from Farm to Market
Road 689, Southeast of Kerrville, North to Interstate Highway 10, a dis-
tance of approximately 4.7 miles, subject to the condition that Rerr
County and the City of Kerrville will secure all required right of way
under the 50-50 Plan.
Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the appropriate
officials of Kerr County and the City of Kerrville, the Engineer-Director
is directed to proceed with Preliminary Engineering including the prepara-
tion of right of way data and to eater into Contractual Agreements with the
appropriate officials for procurement of the required right of way, with
acquisitioq procedures to be in accordance with applicable Federal and
State laws governing the acquisition policies for acquiring real property,
at as estimated State cost of $784,000, financing the cost in the next
appropriate program.
This Order Ls subject to acceptance by Kerr County aixl the City of Kerr-
ville and ip not accepted within 90 days of the date hereof the action
herein contained shall be automatically cancelled.
