Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the appropriate officials of the City of Kerrville and Y.err County, the Engineer-Director is directed to proceed with preliminary engineering, includinU preparation of right of way data, to turn over such data to the appropriate officials fox procure- tmnt of the required right of way, and to proceed in the most feasible and economical manner with construction of Gradin,, Structures and Surfacing at an estimated cost of $20b,000, financing the cost in the 1973 Special Re- habilitation and State highway Safety and Bettenicnt and Farm to Market Road Improvement Program.
