PAYMENT TO LOSdER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY FOR UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS
On this the 29th day of December 1977, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court
unanimously approved that payment be made to Lower Colorado River
Authority in the amount of $3,236.96, payable out of Highway
16 Right of Way Fund for utility adjustments along the south
side of Highway 16 from Guadalupe River Bridge to F. M. Road 689.
