ORDER NO. ~~ ORDF{R FIXING ASSESSMENT RATIO TO BE EMPLOYED FOR THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY ON THE 1977 TAX ROLL OF KERR COUNTY On this the q th day of May, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of fixing the assessment ratio to be employed for the valuation of pruperty u„ the 1977 tax roll of Kerr County; and it appear,ng to the Court that by virtue of Order No. 12774 entered on the 13th day of September, 1976, the Court did urdcr that all properties rendere•! for taxes to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County should be rendered at full market ~-alue and that the ratio of valuation to be employed for the 1977 tax roll would be subsequently determined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone seconded by Commissioner Lich _, and unanimously approved by the C,u , that all properties shall L, placed on the 1977 tax roll of Kerr County at fifty five per cent of their full market value based on renditions made to the "Tax Ae;:essor of Kerr County or on values placed un unrendered properties by said Tax Aseeoeor, subject to final adjustmento, if any, made by the Commissioners Court of Ke3'r C~.,:uty sitting as a Board of Equalization.
