Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and Emmie M. Neunhoffer, approved the bonds of Commissioner elect, Earl Garrett of Precinct No. 1 and Commissioner elect, Victor Lich of Precinct No. 3. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-•o Court recessed for the administration of oaths for the above Commissioners. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-•o Court re-convened with all members present, as follows: Julius R. Nogues County Attorney Spencer W. Brown Justice of the Peace, Prec. No. 1 T. D. Hall Constable Justice Precinct No. 5 O. N. Skipworth Public Weigher in and for Justice Prec. No. 1 -- o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o Court recessed for administration of oaths for County and Precinct Officials elected and appointed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o Court re-convened and the following proceedings were had: NO, 12855 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, TO APPOINT DEPUTIES On this the lst day of January 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the applica- tion of Paul Fields, Sheriff, for authority to deputize the following persons. Zt appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said 3eputies and that his application should be approved; therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize the following appointments to date, from January 1st, 1977 and to continue in force until revoked or other- wise be terminated: John R.
