NO. 12867 QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND FINES OF COUNTY CLERK APPROVED
On this the 10th day of January 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the
Quarterly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belong-
ing to Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the
parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1976, and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $7198.09.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2995.80. Motion
made by Commissioner Sallee seconded by,Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved

NO. 12868 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 10th day of January 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her
in her hands for the period from July 1, 1976 and ending De<:ember 31, 1976 and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $7198.09.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved
by the Court.

NO. 12869 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BAS ZS
On this the 10th day of 3anuary 1977, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with
a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various
County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1977, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas.
And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a papulation of less than 20,000 in-
habitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would
be best served iŁ the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a
salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1977.
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1977.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy
of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

NO. 12870 TRANSFER OF $30,700.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND
On this the 10th day of January 1977, upon motion made :by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social
Security Fund from their respective funds:
Sury Fund ------- $ 550.00
General Fund ------- $ 2750.00
Road and Bridge Fund ------- $ 9400.00
Officers Salary Fund ------- $18000.00
Total 530700.00
