ORDER NO. 12871 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN
"" DISTRICT COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT
On this the 10th day of January 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
in the District Court of Kerr County and of Juror; in the County Court of Kerr County, as is
required to be done annually by Article 2122, Verrions Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure and after due considereition, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett acid unanimously approved by the Court, that
the compensation to be paid during the year 1977 z~nd until further orders of the Court, to
all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at 55.00 per day,
including those summoned but excused, provided however, that those County and Justice of the
Peace and District Court Jurors and Grand Jurors zictually impaneled and sworn, shall be paid
57.50 per day, with such compensation to be paid out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County.

NO. 12872 ACCOUNTING FIRM OF PRESSLER, THOMPSON f: COMPANY EMPLOYED TO AUDIT BOOKS FOR 1976
On this the 10th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the professional services of
Pressler, Thompson & Company be employed to audit the books of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the calendar year 1976.

NO. 12873 ORDER SETTING COURTHOUSE HOLIDAYS FOR 1977
On this the 10th day of January 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the day and
dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays i`or the year 1977, also that the Courthouse
shall be closed on those days and the Court is of the opinion that the following days and
dates are and shall be declared as legal holidays for the County:

NO. 12874 ORDER REQUESTING CHAS. SCHREINER BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLES SCHREINER ROAD
FUND, TO MAKE EXPENDITURE OF ACCRUED E7~.RNINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING
RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341
On this the 10th day of January, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees of thi=_ Charles Schreiner Road Fund, pursuant
to judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the docket of the Second Thirty-eighth Judicial
District Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of advising the Chas. Schreiner Bank of
Kerrville, Texas, Trustee oŁ the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which
earnings of said Trust Fund which have accrued during the year 1976 might be expended in
furtherance of the purposes for which said trust :is created;
And it appearing to the Court that accrued earnings from said Trust Fund could be ap-
propriately and beneficially used to assist in the financing the cost of right of way pro-
curement for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 in the Cypress Creek area from its present
State maintained eastern terminus for an additional 3.9 miles to intersect with Interstate
Highway No. 10 at its Cypress Creek interchange;
