Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles Schreiner Road Fund, expend such funds as shall accrue as the earnings of said fund for the year 1976 for the purpose of aiding the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County in the procurement of right of way for the proposed extension of F. M. Road 1341 as aforesaid. And it is further recommended that the Chas Schreiner Bank make payment of such accrued funds when they become available to the Kerr County Treasurer for deposit in the F. M. 1341 Right-of-Way Fund on the books of the Treasurer. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 19876 ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR TWO YEAR PERIOD On this the 10th day of January 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article 2544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of said County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, ,seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to issue such notice of publication in the official newspaper of Kerr County, located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty day's before the Regular February Term, to comply with said Article 2544, V.T.S. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12877 ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF COUNTY COURT PROBATION FEES ON DEPOSIT IN THE GENERAL FUND OF KERB COUNTY INTO TI3E 216TH DISTRICT PROBATION FUND OF THE KERB COUNTY TREASURER On this the 10th day of January, 1977 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of complying with the provisions of paragraph 10 of an order entered on the 4th day of January, 1977 by Hon. Robert R. Barton, Judge of the 216th Judicial District concern- ing probation services for certain counties within said Judi~~ial District, a copy of which is recorded in the minutes of said Court in the office of the District Clerk of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that misdemeanor probation fees collected through the County Court of Kerr County from 1973 through December 31, 1976 have heretofore been deposited with the County Treasurer of Kerr County in the County's General ]?und in the aggregate amount of $12,585.00 as per copy of schedule filed herewith, and that expenditures of such funds aggregating $4,342.50 have heretofore been made in the form of office rental payments for the Kerr County Probation Services office, and that an unexpended balance of such probation funds remains on deposit in the Kerr County General Fund as of January 1, 1977 in the amount of $8,242.50; and it further appearing to the Court that pursuant to the provisions of
