future changes in the pro rata assessment of the total monthly amount to be paid by Kerr
County which may be directed by the 216th District Court shall be automatically implemented

by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved partial payments to Lester B. Whitton,
P. E. and A. B. Swank for professional services, as per contract, for the Annex to the Kerr
County Courthouse, in the amount of $7523.10, and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authoriz-
ed to draw a voucher in the amount of $6,114.66 out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction
No. 2 Fund and a voucher in the amount of $1,408.44 out of the Courthouse and Jail Construc-
tion No. 1 Fund, payable to Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F. A. I. A.
