Schreiner Bank. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12882 JOINT RESOLUTION - KERRVILLE CITY COUNCIL AND KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT WHEREAS, there is a need for more desirable access to the Kerrville Municipal Airport from the City of Kerrville thus improving coordination of various modes of transportation in this area, and WHEREAS, a State Spur Road from S. H. 27 to the Kerrville Municipal Airport would accomplish this, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Kerrville and Kerr County to cooperate with the ~~ State Department of Highways and Public Transportation in the development of this project in Kerr County; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Kerrville acting through ita City Council and Kerr County acting through its Commissioners' - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Court do hereby request the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation to ~;repare in cooperation with these bodies a plan for development of said State Spur Road, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Kerrville and Kerr County acting through their governing bodies do hereby pledge their full cooperation in establishing location for said State Spur Road, and will be responsible for the protection and furnishing of all necessary right of way and any necessary utility adjustments, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Kerrville and Kerr County acting through their governing bodies express to the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission of Texas full confidence in their service to the citizens of Texas.
