NO. 12887 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
on this the 10th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	and	Bridge	Prec.	No.	1 ----	----- 54,500.00
Road	and	Bridge	Prec.	No.	2 ----	----- $3,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	Prec.	No.	3 ----	----- $3,000.00

On this the 10th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 171 thru 176, Volume O.

NO. 12889 SALARIES OF ELECTED COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS AND ALLOWANCES ADOPTED FOR 1977
On this the 10th day of January 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting salaries and allowances for the year 1977, of elected County and Frecinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texa$ and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly set by
the Court according to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the annual salaries and
allowances be approved, as per schedule on file, effective as of January 1, 1977.

NO. 12890 KERB COUNTY GROUP INSURANCE POLICY NO. G20-022 BENEFITS EXTENDED TO ALL ELECTED
COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS
On this the 10th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the benefits under the present
Kerr County Group Policy No. G20-022, with Lincoln National Life Insurance Company be extend-
ed to all elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of
January 1, 1977.
