Bide to be received until 1:30 o'clock P. M., March 14th, 1977, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be for furniture which complies with specifica- tions on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
