NO. 12896 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF KIWANIS CLUB OF KERRVILLE FOR USE OF GROUNDS ADJACENT TO
THE KERB COUNTY AGRICULTURAL BUILDING ON APRIL 11, 1977
On this the 28th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Kiwanis Club of
Kerrville, for use of the grounds adjacent to the Kerr County Agricultural Building on April
11, 1977, for two performances of the Carson 6 Harries Circus, at no charge for use of the
grounds other than cleanup.

NO. 12897 ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER PROPOSAL OF MOORE SERVICE TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC LANDFILL
ACCESS
On this the 28th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the acceptance of the Letter Proposal
of Moore service to provide for public access for Kerr County residents to permit disposal
of household refuse at the City of Kerrville landfill site and to additionally provide for
refuse collection fos the Kerr County Courthouse as per terms and conditions set forth in
said proposal, as filed with the Clerk of the Court.

NO. 12898 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR OFFICE FURNITURE FOR USE BY THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND
TAX-ASSESSOR COLLECTOR'S OFFICE OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 28th day of January 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bide for office furniture for use by the County Clerk's Office and Tax Asaesaor-
Collector's Office of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 1:30 o'clock P. M., March 14th, 1977, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be for furniture which complies with specifica-
bons on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, February 3rd
and February 10th, 1977.
