Neunhoffer County Judge Victor Lich Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Comafaaioaer Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12899 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 11 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO CONSTRUCTION, INC. On this the 8th day of February 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Coa- ~~ tractor's request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 11 of the Construction Contract for the annex to the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. S. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of S67,146.97. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Monthly Estimate No. 11 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of 567,146.97, payable to Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12900 OFFER TO FRED SAUR AND WIFE, SELINA SAUR, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. 1341 On this the 8th day of February, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 4 and a channel easement designated as Parcel No. 4(E) from Fred Saur and wife, Selina Saur, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the convey- ance of the said parcels Nos. 4 and 4(E) has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Fred Saur and wife, Selina Saur, the sum of S4,849.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 2.309 acres of land out of W. T. Austin Survey No. 377 and for their granting of a channel easement comprising 0.069 acres out of the same survey, which parcel of right of way consists of 1.531 acres of new right of way and 0.858 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed and channel easement; and ft is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of 54,849.00 payable to Fred Saur and wife, Selina Saur, which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their exe- cuted right of way deed and channel easement. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12901 OFFER TO BRNST NUERNBERGER AND WIFE, IDA NUERNBERGER, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341 On this the 8th day of February, 1977 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 5 from Ernst Nuernberger and wife, Ida Nuernberger, for the extension of F.
