On this the 8th day of February, 1977 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation as Parcel No. 6 from Emil Habecker, Jr. and wife, Marcia Habecker, for
the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road
exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior
negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 6 has been
arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay 8mi1 Habecker, Jr. and wife,
Marcia HabeCker, the sum of 5594.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing d'~
costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land compriainq 0.352 acres
out of W. T. Austin Survey No. 377, which parcel consists of 0.207 acres of new right of way
and 0.145 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their
delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed together with a partial
release of an outstanding lien by Ernst Nuernberger and wife, Ida Nuernberger; and it is
further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M.
1341 right of way fund in the amount of $594.00 payable to Emil Habeeker, Jr. and wife,
Marti.a Habecker, which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right
of way deed and partial release of lien as aforesaid.

Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior
negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 11 has been
arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Louis G. Staglik and wife,
Elizabeth B. Staglik, the sum of $1,257.00 as compensation for land and damages, including
fencing costa, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising
0.384 acres of new right of way out of H. Witbold Survey No. 462, with payment being made
upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed together with
a partial release of an outstanding lien by R. C. Floyd and wife, Kathleen M. Floyd; and it
is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $1,257.00 payable to Louis G. Staglik and wife,

arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Stone, and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Donald L. Banks and wife,
Helen M. Banks, the sum of $560.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing
costa, for their conceyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.194 acres
of new right of way out of H. Witbold Survey No. 462, with payment being made ugon their de-
livery to Kerz County of their properly executed right of way deed together with a partial
